The Problem

Two storey suburban houses with extensively cracked walls. Initial cracking had grown worse over time, repaired with helical stitching. Consulting engineers confirmed stitching and structural works were required. Building owners required rehab works done quickly to minimise costs.

The Solution

Mr Crack Fix installed structural tie rods utilsing Helifix masonry repair system. Scaffolding was required to be fully compliant with OH&S and meet Mr Crack Fix code of operation. Facing walls required major crack repairs.
